Ohio and Olkahoma on't have wild elk just high fence hunting. Oregon has Roosevelt Elk

Pennsylvania Rhode Island South Carolina South Dakota don't have a wild elk population but they do have some high fence opportunities for elk.

Tennessee, South Carolina and South Dakota don't have free ranging elk herds for Non-Residents, but many high fence fatilities, like Texas as well.  Utah on the other hand has over 60,000 free ranging Elk.

Vermont and Virginia only have high fence Elk Hunts. Washington State has Roosevelt Elk on the west side and Rocky Mountaion Elk on the East side.

Oregon like Washington State have Roosevelt elk along the west coast of the pacific and Rocky Mountain Elk in the eastern half of the state. Pensylvanis( PA ) and rhode island only have High Fence Elk Hunting Facilities.

Canada has High Fence Facilities through out the provinces and in the western provinces they have free ranging mostly Rocky Mountain elk
